Cancellation Policy

At Welvera, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

📦 How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately:

  • Include your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation in the message.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in the final stages of processing cannot be canceled.
  • Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

💰 Refund After Cancellation

  • If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Welvera reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion in the event of suspicious activity, out-of-stock items, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
