At Welvera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return products if:
- The item is damaged, defective or incorrect
- You notify us within 5 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skin and hair care products
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions
- Products without original packaging or invoice
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at welvera.us@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- We’ll review and approve your request within 2–3 business days
- Ship the item to the return address provided
- Once received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection
Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Refunds may be subject to deduction if the product is returned in a non-saleable condition
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item please follow the return process and place a new order.
International Returns
International customers must cover the cost of return shipping. Ensure the return package is securely packed and trackable. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
