Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- In case of delays we will notify you via email.

International Shipping
- Standard international delivery: 7–18 business days
- Some destinations may experience longer transit due to customs or logistics
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Delivery timelines do not include customs clearance
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or other taxes, depending on the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
