🕒 Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

❗ Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or are in the final stages of processing cannot be canceled.
Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
💰 Refund After Cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Welvera reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion in the event of suspicious activity, out-of-stock items, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
